Return and Refund Policy

We at myheartfeltgifts.com want to establish goodwill and reassure each customer  that they're getting their money's worth. 

We sell/make only quality products. We strive for exceptional customer service and we understand that sometimes errors are made or products arrive damaged.   If your product arrives damaged we will make every effort to replace it. If that option is unavailable we are happy to have our customers follow the return/refund policy outlined below:

• 30 day return policy. = Product must be un-used and/or un-worn.
• Reason for return = ( damaged or wrong product).
• Process for return =  Contact customer service at 504-578-8838 & notify us of the return & reason.
• Process of refund = ALL returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
